This page is chock-full of useful information. (We hope!)
First we have our forms. These are the most useful forms you will ever find in the multi-verse and they will help guide you through the planning process from start to finish (And possibly make you breakfast but not guaranteed). We recommend you print these out, look them over and bring them with you to our first meeting.
Now for some links. These are professionals that I have worked with in the past whom I always look forward to working with in the future.

Once a staff member of ETP has started to setup any equipment at any venue on a contracted date, full balances will be due.
If payment is not rendered on the same day a $50 charge may be added to the balance for non-payment.
Cancellation of Contract:
Deposits are non-refundable.
The client may cancel the contract up to 60 days before the scheduled event by providing 50% of the contracted amount within 7 days of cancellation.
If cancellation is less than 60 days to the event then the full balance becomes due within 7 days of cancellation.
These terms of cancellation may be modified if the time period between contract negotiation and event is less than 90 days.
We do offer a military discount.
We do offer that if the Bride or Groom is deployed, we will reschedule at no additional charge to the best of our ability. If we are not able to reschedule, we will refund the deposit once we are provided proof of deployment in writing.
In the event of inclement weather, our staff reserves the right to stop performing, disconnect and tear down equipment to protect themselves, the audience, and the equipment. Full balances become immediately due.
